I buy the one-a-day combo. It a bottle of vitamins and a bottle of DHA. I have not had any problems with my stomach. They are a bit alrge though and when I was in the midst of m/s they were a little hard to get down.
I did a lot of research before picking my prenatal and I love this one. It includes a separate DHA supplement and a separate calcium supplement. The actual prenatal vitamin is 2 pills a day, so you can take them at different times to help keep it from upsetting your stomach. It also has the highest amount of folic acid I have found (1000 mcg).

Me too. I take mine right before I go to sleep. Like, while laying in bed. Any other time I throw up.
Same for me. I do make sure I take them with my lunch, just in case.
TTC with PCOS since November 2009

I take the target brand gummies right before bed. Other ones made me sick early on so I went to the gummies and have had no problem. They don't have iron in them though so you need a separate iron supplement.

I take the same ones. I get them at Costco. Took these with my 1st also.
I take these as well. I found that taking them with lunch was the best to minimize any sickness.
