Had a fabulous transfer yesterday!  Not only was it the smoothest I've ever had (6th one's a charm lol) but they may have also been the best embies we've ever had.  Picture below - now I really can't tell anything about embie pictures (also unsure when pics were taken), but the embryologist said they were both high quality hatched day 5 blasts.  Very, very exciting! I am daring to feel hopeful!!! 

Which brings me to my next concern - I didn't realize until I felt hopeful, that I was angry at my RE.  It's like I kept going through the motions, accepting what they threw at me.  But when it comes down to it, they haven't changed my protocol at all.  Yes, I'm physically at a better place than I was at last transfer, but they have done nothing to change anything  else.  I added aspirin on my own, they didn't want to do intralipids, and the doctor still hasn't called me back about adding prendisone.  I do take medrol but today was my last dosage.  The nurse didn't think the doctor would okay and none of my other doctors will prescribe it because of the transfer.  I just feel like I desperately need a change.  But for now, I'm trying not to despair, and remain hopeful.  

My cousin also just told me she's pregnant and due in August.  Now, I really hope that these two stick around.  My cousin is a year older than me and we were like sisters growing up.  Even though she lives in PA now, I'd love to have our babies near each other.  

 PLEASE BE IT, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!

    (I understand what you mean about being ticked with your RE. I finally learned to stand up for myself & say what I thought, but it took a long time. Hoping & praying that this is your lucky cycle and you won't have to worry about your RE anymore!!! ::hugs::)

    Good Luck - your pictures look awesome! 

    BTW, I had to beg my RE to let me try intralipids this FET because I had to have a change to have any hope.  They let me do it, but not with steroids or lovenox, just the IV of the intralipid.  I will find out Thursday if it helped any, but you are more than right in feeling the way you do!

    Lots of luck!! They are beautiful! I hope both sick around for a long 9 months. Hopefully the RE knows what he is doing, but I don't think it would hurt to call and ask some questions about what you should be doing.

    After 6 long years of TTC and a traumatic birth... I finally got to hold my baby in my arms!

    2007 Start w/ RE (Endo and MFI previous marriage)/ 2008 Vericocele surgery/3 clomid cycles
    2009 Lap removed stage III endo/ 2 failed IUI/ Divorce

    2011 Remarried
    October 2011 Dx: Endo & DOR/ November 2011- clomid & TI cycle
    January 2012 IVF~  Flare protocol 10 ER/ 9 mature fertilized with ICSI/ ET- 2 Grade A Blasts/ 4 frozen= BFN
    Febuary 2012- -Endo Biopsy/  MTHFR diagnosis
    March 8- FET 2 grade A blasts= BFP!!!!

    November 2012-  Charles was born by emergency C-Section

    Dealing with:
    Stage III Endo/ DOR/ MTHFR two mutations C677T & A1298C

    Currently TTC #2  FET planned January 2014

    DH: low count + very low motility; hormones all normal; Sperm DNA Frag. test = poor to fair; male karyotyping normal
    Me: FSH 13.4 + AMH 0.26 + hypothyroidism; Scratch the hypothyrodism (?); Blood clotting and immune panel all negative; endometrial biopsy normal

    IVF #1 (MDLF - Jul/Aug 2011): BFN (9R, 5M, 3F with ICSI, 3dt of 1 10-cell grade 2, no frosties)
    IVF #2 (EP-antagonist - Sep/Oct 2011): BFN (6R, 4M, 3F w/ ICSI, 3dt of 1 6-cell, 1 7-cell, grade 4s, no frosties)
    DE IVF #1 (shared cycle - June 2012): c/p (6R, 6F w/ICSI, 3dt 1 8-cell grade A- and 1 7-cell grade A-; no frosties)
    DE IVF #2 (shared cycle with new donor - Nov/Dec/ 2012): - BFP!!!!! 12/14/12. U/S on 12/27 shows twins!!!!!
