Putting it out there... baby girl name - opinions?

Ok, the first name we've come up with is really the only one we've thought of because I think we both really like it.  I probably need to look at other options but tell me what you think: 

Danica Marie

Marie is my middle name (and coincidentally MIL's middle name).  Our last name begins with D.  Her brothers' names begin with T.  Our oldest son has our husband's middle name for his middle name (Matthew).

What is your impression of the name?

Thanks!  Btw, I have loved Annabelle for a long time!  My husband has vetoed it but I saw your post earlier and was like, omg we have the same taste in names!  And our due dates are the same.

I like it a lot, and think it is fairly uncommon, but not weird.  From our experience with name choosing, it seems like the first ones we agreed on are still our top choices...which is aggravating since I spent hours looking through baby name websites and came up with a list of about 30 choices that DH narrowed to the original 3 plus 3 more in less than a minute...and the original top three are still the original top 3!

I like it! We have a little girl at church named Danica NN Dani and I think it is so cute!

Thanks all.  It seems like a good sign if so far there isn't any negative feedback about it being weird or whatever.  Part of me is wondering if it is feminine enough for my taste, so that might be my only hesitation.

Yes you are right!  She is the other famous one that I know of.  Danica McKeller.  Her and Danica Patrick are the only two famous Danicas that I know of.  They both seem like decent women so that makes me feel better.  LOL.
