Yes I have been having swelling in my ankles and feet. I stand on my feet 10 hours a day in one spot so my ankles have been swelling for a few years now but it has gotten much worse since getting pregnant. My hands are swelling a very small bit as well but its hard to gauge bc I dont wear any jewelry. My poor right foot was so swollen on friday that i looked like i had some strange disease:(
What am i doing to cut down on the swelling? watching my salt/sodium intake, drinking tons of water, wearing the ugliest shoes known to man and god, and last on my list is compression hose which I havent worn yet bc I just ordered them online.
