if your LO uses the pelvic/hip support I know in the summer they can be rough on the skin on the thighs.

Babylegs is having a sale $4/pair and $4 shipping. They make summer ones that are mesh and breathable and have UPF protection. I find they are great under shorts when using the gait trainer to protect DS's delicate skin.
