Sleep training sucks, but it works.

So now that Lo has finally cut two molars and is over the 3 week long sickness, we started sleep training again. We had almost an hour of crying at 1 am (ugh), but he did fall back asleep on his own. And then he woke up briefly at 5, cried for less than 30 seconds, and then slept until 7:20 am. We woke him up instead of him waking us up.

Hopefully tonight will be even better. Last time we did this, he slept through on the third night, so I hope that lasts. And please please please let him not get sick again and ruin all of this hard work!

AMEN sister!  Silly me, I thought I would only have to do sleep training once when DD was 5 months old. hahahahah!

LOL! I think this is the 3rd or 4th time we've sleep trained. Each time he gets on track for a couple of weeks to a month and then gets sick again. We did it the first time when he was 7 or 8 months old and he's 13 months old now.
