My boys are here!

Hi ladies.  Sorry I've been missing for a few weeks now but it's because my little angels arrived.  I was induced on 2/8 at 38 weeks and my little men arrived about 24 hrs later on 2/9.  Both are healthy and perfect!  Baby A was 7lbs 13oz and Baby B was 5lbs 13oz.  I had an extremely difficult delivery and baby A was a forceps delivery but thankfully my dr. is very skilled with forceps and I was able to avoid a c/s because of it.  I did have an epidural but apparently my little frame needs ridiculous amounts of meds to go numb because I felt all of baby A's delivery and those forceps were the most painful thing I could imagine!  They kept upping the dose and upping the dose and thankfully by the time baby B came I felt nothing!  The boys were 48 minutes apart and I ended up losing 1,600 cc's of blood.  It was very scary for a while but thankfully it all worked out.  I ended up getting 3 units of blood and spent 16 hours in recovery.  I'm finally feeling like myself again and looking at my boys, it was definitely all worth it.  Between my recovery and taking care of the boys there isn't much time to get online but will definitely check in when I can!
