T&P needed for a friend

Last week that we found out our friends, who happen to be our next door neighbors, are expecting.  They have been trying for about 8 months and we are thrilled for them.  Last night we were talking and she told me Friday she had terrible cramps and started bleeding.  She said the bleeding has almost stopped, but she didn't know what to think.  She had betas drawn on Friday and has another round this Friday.  I tried to stay positive for her, but it doesn't sound very good.  Please send thoughts and prayers to her and her DH.  I really pray that everything is okay.  I hate that another one of my friends has to go through this.
