"Double Trouble" response

My response to people who say "Double Trouble" when they see us out with the twins is, "Double the Pleasure, Double the Fun." 

Which is so much nicer than "Double the Annoying Comments," which is what I really want to say.

I just always think, "if only you knew...."  It is double the trouble around my house.  : )

I like to act really surprised when people say something like that, (as if the stupid phrase "triple trouble" had never been uttered in my presence before) and say, "oh no! triple the fun!"

I kind of agree with them and just say. Yep. But they're a lot of fun too.

I couldn't agree more...definitely double the trouble at my house too.

I just smile, nod, and say "Yes."

I'm not nearly as nice you all.  I usually roll my eyes and say something like "Wouldn't you have loved to hear everyone call you trouble as a child?"  Of course, my mom is probably the worst person for saying this.

I think I might be immune to those comments. DH already calls them double trouble when he rubs my belly. I find it endearing, of course that might change when randoms start saying it to me while I'm out.
