I think MC's pork tenderloin *is* the new KA tacos. They're in the crockpot right now and my house smells divine! If DH doesn't get home on time he may have to make his own dinner.
right?? So yummy and now I have two crockpot recipes.... I need to try the pulled pork one too that gets raves. If I had a stable of three crock pot rotations I think I might explode with happiness!

It's really easy to do a roast in the crock pot as well! I put a roast in along with sliced onions, baby carrots and sliced new potatoes. Thanks to mlf, I now rub the roast and season the mix with a combo of three things:brown gravy, italian dressing and ranch dressing (all three dry envelopes you can get in the dressing aisle). Add a good bit of water and let it cook all day. Sooooo good! You can do it in the crock pot, or the oven on about 200* all day.
