NOVA derm recommendation for PUPPP, please!

Hi all,

I never post on here, but my baby boy was born last Monday, and I love him to pieces!  However, I have a raging case of PUPPP that doesn't seem to be improving, despite bing one week,post partum.  My OB prescribed prednisone, but I can't discern any improvement since starting it late last week.  I'll Tver hr a call back later this week, but I thought I'd ask if anyone else has had PUPPP, and if here is a dermatologist in NoVA who has experience in treating it.  I'm in Springfield and am willing to travel.
