I actually made it through the weekend without spending ALL of my weeky flex points!! Hooray! I saved enough to get me through a fune vening out tonight with a friend and still not use my activity points.
I got up at 5 AM and exercised!
My goal is at least 2 more sessions of exercise this week.
No using my activity points this week.
I am SOOO close to one of my personal goals I can smell it. I'm gonna make it happen! Whooooo!
Hop on board the BOMB train people it's getting lonely up in here!!
My goals this week are to get in some exercising and make smart eating choices which will be somewhat challenging since there are lots and lots of yummy treats around in honor of my b-day and then I will be out of town. But, I can do it!!!
We finished our 21 day sugar detox pretty strong, and I ended up losing 5 lbs. Yesterday was the first day we had some refined carbs. We got burgers. and I ate some choc chips.. and today I woke up with a headache. Blech.
So my goals are to keep up the low carb trend during the week, and to consume all my carbs early in the day. I'd like to stay away from pastries (one of my biggest downfalls).
I got up early this am and went to the gym and hope to hit the gym wed and friday as well.

I need to jump on the BOMB train. I leave for Hawaii in 21 days. I need to lose around 10lbs (yeah, I know I won't lose it all but whatever).
So, my goal(s) for the week? To do my Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown at least 4 times within the next 7 days. And I need to drink lots and lots of water. There - it's written. And now I'll be held accountable to some degree right?
Thanks for doing these they really do help me stay motivated!
I ran 6 miles with music last Saturday ( I normally listen to podcasts) and maintained a faster rate than ever before, so my goal is to run 7 miles on Sat with music and 3 other shorter runs at my new quicker pace. I also want to do strength 3 times and eat clean.
I agree with Wubbin. I really like these check ins. They definitely keep me motivated.
I use my Thursday weight as my weekly weigh in but I have lost 1.4 lbs since Thursday (it may not be true I went over my calories one day this weekend and it takes a few days to show up) but I'm hopeful that I'll be close to a 2 lb loss by Thursday.
My goals are:
- to track daily
- to increase my water intake
- to increase my fiber intake (I've been getting only 20 g a day instead of the 25-35)
My goal is to start taking and KEEP taking all my vitamin supplements. I found out I've deficient in various vitamins and that is most likely why I'm feeling very run down and off. Once I do that I'll start changing my diet.

I think it is time I rejoin this thread. Might help me keep on myself.
I am working out 2 hours a week with a personal training (he is teaching me how to effectively work out around my limitations and building my strength (working with my physical therapist) and I work out 2 additional hours a week on my own.
I am finally not feeling the severe soreness in the days after working out, but I am still sore, but I can at least scratch my back! My body is jumping back into all of this faster than I expected. It feels great.
DH decided to use lent to kick off his "good habits", aka making his lunch and not eating out more than once a week. I have been following his lead and doing the same. We ate out last night (though I did just have Togos because I was craving a cheese sandwich like crazy) as our one outting a week.
I have lost 2 pounds...1/2 an inch from my waist and hips each. So my guess is I have lost some fat and gained some muscle...but I am seeing results. I feel great.
