What are you putting on your dinner table this week?
Sunday: We had pollo in potacchio and cheesy polenta (It was on the menu for Saturday but we ended up having leftovers instead). I highly recommend this meal, I did the chicken in the crock pot and it was delicious!
Monday: Philly cheese steak subs, fresh veggies w/ dip
Tuesday: Naan pizzas (spinach, chicken, artichoke, garlic), salad
Wednesday: Chicken Cordon Bleu, brown rice, broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix
Thursday: Possibly dinner at my parents if DH is bowling (as a sub)
Friday: Tilapia, perogies, broccoli

Monday: Roasted chicken with sweet potato fries and garlic spinach
Tuesday: fish (whatever looks good at Wegmans), kale chips and mashed cauliflower
Wednesday: chicken tacos
Thursday: sausage, kale and white beans
Friday: stuffed shells with salad
Saturday: beef stew with homemade biscuits
Do you do yours in the crockpot? I am going to probably dig out some of my crock pot recipes bc I return to work next week and I know we will be pretty hectic for the next month with that transition.
Monday: Turkey, gravy over mashed potatoes and corn
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Shrimp fried rice
Thursday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Friday: Maybe take-out
Saturday: Not sure yet, maybe steak and salmon, rice and veggie
