Custody arrangements with 8 month old

Hi. My son is 8 months old and his father and I have been broken up since I was pregnant. Currently our custody arrangement (Not court ordered) is XB gets him on every other weekend and Wednesdays. 

Is this too much for him? Thoughts?

    To me that seems way too much for an 8mo old. I would never want my baby to be away that long from me. I would probably offer a few hours a week. Definitely no over nights at least for a while. Just my opinion.

    Uh....yeah. 

    I'm planning on 1-2 days a week for 2-4 hours at a time SUPERVISED with a min of 96 hours notice*. That's better than the state order of every other Saturday OR Sunday for 2-4 hours supervised until age 3.

    *I don't want him asking me on Thursday to see him on Friday. They have to give you SOME notice.

    Seems like too much. Usually overnights don't come about (CO) until 18 months.

    Wow. That is way to much. I would only offer eo weekend 9-5 and Wednesday's. How long have you been doing this? I am not comfortable with ex having DS so he doesn't even have overnights yet

    I am envious that some of you don't have to send your Lo for overnights til they are older...
    Court ordered mine had to go with thier father every other weekend and one day during the week with the youngest at 6mo old and EBFing.
    I think it depends on your state and if you have a family court judge or a lazy judges as in my area...
