Whirlpool Cabrio Washer - help with wash routine!

We're using the Whirlpool Cabrio Washer and I'm having some trouble getting a wash routine down.  I've been CD'ing for 15 months now with an old top-loader (it finally broke) and haven't had any issues.  Now I'm having some issues.  Here's my wash routine:  1) quickwash cold/cold with no detergent 2) Heavy Duty hot/cold with Planet detergent (line 0 on the cup) and extra rinse.  I smell all the dipes as they come out of the washer - they smell clean.  However, after they've gone through the dryer they have a funk to them.  DH says it smells faintly like pee, I just think it smells like "funk".  And it's only on my BG AIOs, the grovia inserts and hemp inserts smell fine.  I'm in the process of stripping half of them to see if that might be the issue, but was looking for any insight from anyone that may have this washer.

You probably just need to strip. But my wash routine is this:

Quick wash, warm/cold, no spin, pre soak, with 1 dropps packet

Then either heavy duty or whitest whites, hot/cold, heavy soil, pre soak, extra rinse, etc. (there's 3 options and I can't remember the third but I select them all and the total wash time is something like 99 min), with a 2nd packet of dropps
