I have used pampers and huggies diapers and I like both just fine, but Luvs are about $10 cheaper for large boxes. Anyone have anything positive or negative to say about Luvs?

The only thing I didn't really like about luvs is that they are super crinkly. Otherwise I think they are comparable to Pampers Baby Dry or Huggies Snug and Dry. Maybe a little bit thinner.

We rec'd some LUvs as shower gifts so we used the up for our DD...they were great actually. No more leaks than Pampers or Huggies. Only difference is no external wetness indicator stripe. I can just feel diaper to know wet, but my hubby like the indicator so we get Huggies delievered through Amazon Mom.

This. Except I'm the one that likes the indicator.
We got a box of Luvs from BJ's a while back and they worked just fine for us. The only reason I don't use them anymore is because I couldn't stand the smell. Whatever perfume they use to scent the diapers gave me a headache. Otherwise they were great -- no leakage problems here. If it wasn't for the smell I'd still be using them instead of Pampers.
I've used them and they were totally fine. We have never used Pampers or Huggies, but have tried 7th Generation, Earth's Best, Walmart, Target, Luvs and cloth. All worked fine!
Luvs have worked fine for us in the past. I'm not sure if theyre as absorbent as the "nicer" brands, but they are definitely fine to use during the day. Sometimes I buy special diapers just for nighttime because she STTN and I want a really absorbent one. I'm weird.
I really like luvs. Huggies are my fave though :-) the only thing I don't love about luvs is that when they are wet they get VERY squshy. So you might go through more... but I like them and buy them.

I haven't posted often since I got back to work, but thought I'd weigh in here.
I used Luvs from the time Fin got into size 1. We used Pampers and Huggies when he was in nb's, but I switched over because he kept blowing out of them. I had absolutely no issues with him in Luvs at all, and saved a lot with subscribe and save on amazon. And, I liked that they were thinner than the others. I didn't care about the wetness indicator, because you can feel when the diaper gets wet (it gets, like pp said, kind of "squishy," but is dry to the baby's skin). I only switched from Luvs because my little guy has an allergy to the stretchy part of all diapers (what I assume is made out of latex) and so now we use cloth.
Also, I watch another little girl on the weekends who is in Pampers, and I'm not overly impressed with them for the price.

Re: Anyone use Luvs diapers?

I am using some now. To me they feel so cheap in comparison with all the others including store brands.
Unfortunately, I don't have any luck with my LO not blowing through ANY diaper. They all leak. Doesn't matter if it is what brand.
