Best Insert for thirsties?

I have a couple of thirsties in size small, what is the best insert to use with them?  It will be for a newborn.  TIA

What type of Thirsties? An AIO? If so, I'd use a newborn sized insert. That's what I stuffed inside our Thirsties M AIOs. If it's a Thirsties cover you can use anything inside it from a prefold to flat or fitted. Just no microfiber against LO's skin.

A medium sized Joey bunz premium hemp insert fits really well in the small size covers. They are overkill absorbency wise for a NB, but they will be a good long term investment. Any NB sized PF will work in the beginning.
