... Anxiety when pumping? It is so weird but every time I am pumping, I get neevous anxiety, like I'm about to give a speech or go to a terrible drs appt, or something else that would make me nervous. I dont normally suffer from anxiety, but who knows what my hormones are doing. I just think it's weird that everytime I pump I feel like I am going to get caught in a lie or something...

Not exactly the same as your describing, but it does stress me out. Maybe it's because I'm afraid I suddenly won't have milk or something?? Pumping is pretty much one of my least favorite things ever.

I got a weird, icky feeling when I was pumping, more so than when I actually am feeding the baby, but it went away after a week or so...

I HATE pumping!! And, yes, I get anxiety when I pump. I had a breast reduction 7 years ago, so it's causing issues with feeding/pumping. Since yesterday morning, pumping from both sides immediately after 4 feedings per day, I've only gotten 1.25 oz. it's really frustrating. DS also has to have formula as a supplement bc I don't produce enough. So, yes, I have extreme anxiety when pumping too.

I get anxiety because I know that I'll be giving her a bottle. The first and only bottle we gave her, I cried the whole time DH fed her. I was so worried she'd get confused and not want me anymore. Turns out - it was all for nothing though. She went right back to me like a champ!
