Has anyone used a service to find a babysitter?

I am thinking of going back to work VERY part time and I am looking for someone for 10-13 hours a week.  I have a sitter city account but I was also interested in looking into a service.  If you have used a service in the past and had positive results can you please provide me with the name.  Thank you so much.
