Great website and my walk with PPD/PPA

I am passing this link along because it helped me "see" what was happening to me.  I didn't realize I had PPD/A until I had NO choice but to check myself into the ER a few weeks ago. I read pages and pages on this website and it all became SO crystal clear.  I am getting help now and starting medication today.  I hope it helps someone else who is questioning things or seeking treatment, too.

I was going to type out my whole story, as the post says "my walk with PPD/PPA" but baby just woke....so perhaps I'll come back later and type it.

Wow. Thank you for posting this link. It has opened my eyes. I only wish I had found this 4 years ago when I believe I first had PPD/A. 

It has however validated me in a way I didn't think was possible.  Thanks again for posting.
