Going Back to Work... Childcare Questions

I moved to the San Antonio area 3 months ago due to my husband's job location. I am now thinking about getting back into the workforce (we want to buy a home eventually, and need the extra income!)

My question is: do you know of any good daycares in the Converse area? OR of any jobs :-)

I am practically in tears while speaking to my husband about how I worry about our baby girl going to a daycare... any positive feedback would be great and hopefully ease my tension.

I am there too about leaving both kids (new baby in June). I started the daycare search in New Braunfels where we live. It's hard to find places that take babies.
