Hello all...I was just wondering what are some of the exercises you do to tighten your butt and thighs? I plan on running every day but I know it will take more than that. Thanks!
Take up horseback riding. I don't mean those walk through the woods on an old plug type horseback riding, I mean serious riding lessons. I've been riding most of my life and not to brag, but I have killer legs, thighs, and butt. Horseback riding, when done right, works your core, thighs, butt and calves. It improves your posture and balance.
