3 day old and DH came down with Noro-virus

Please send any thoughts and prayers that I don't get the Noro-virus that DH contracted and came down with last night. I'm EBF and I am scared that I'll get it too and we both won't be able to care for DS. I am going into my second night home and as the sole care provider for DS while trying to stay away from DH but care for him too.

 My mom did come by for the day and helped out with DS which was huge. And she helped clean the house to kill the virus and made sure I got some sleep.  DH spent the day trying to recover at his parents house.  He is home now sleeping in the spare room and using the guest bath but it's still coming out both ends.

All I have to say is thank god I didn't have a c-section and only had minimal stitches so my recover has been good. Things could be worse, but I'm hating the fact the extended hospital stay I required due to post-delivery complications is likely how he got sick. Ugh.

Wow I'm so sorry for you, that's rough. After I had dd my parents went to the preschool to pick up ds2 to bring him to the hospital to visit. On the way there he started vomitting in the car. So as much as I wanted to see him they took him back to their house. I was glad the vomitting started before they got to me and the baby. He didn't get to see her for 3 days but we avoided it. I'll keep you in my thoughts that's you avoid the virus.
