I was just wondering since you seem to be the sleep guru, why are you the resident sleep expert? I mean this question out of curiosity, no sarcasm or anything here, just genuine curiosity.

Have I read a lot of books? Yes. Dealt with a problem sleeper? Yep.  

Experience. I guess a lot comes from it. Ask some folks around the board and see what they have to say about my advice?

Lisa is awesome, patient and kind. Oh and knowledgeable.  

I've dubbed her the guru (and Iris) since they tend to handle 99% of the questions here regarding sleep issues. She's never proclaimed to be anything.

I never said she claims to be an expert, I used that term for lack of a better one. I always see her responding to Qs re: sleep problems and I was curious as to how she got to be our board's "expert" that's all.
