At his 2-week check-up, he was 7lbs 14oz and 21 1/4inches. He is already lifting his head up some and half rolling-over. FTM, but this seems like a lot?
DS was 6.6 when we left the hospital and when checked at 10 days old he was 7lbs even. I don't think thats a lot although the nurses did seem surprised that he had gained so much. DS is also getting some head control and almost rolling over.
DD was 5.13 when we left the hospital (6.4 at birth) and at her 10 day appt was 6.3. She grew about an inch if you go with the measurements but stretching her out is a little hard so we just guess! She is rolling on her side all the time in her cradle and has been lifting up her head since birth...I'm thinking it is perfectly normal! Or we have super babies!

OMG yes I'm glad someone else feels like they have a superbaby. At my 2 week appt yesterday the Ped was asking me about Tummy Time. I said yes we do it and he seems to really be getting strong. So the Ped put him on his tummy and after about 30 seconds LO rolled over onto his back. I had never seen it before so I just said "oh!". The Ped said not to count THAT as a roll over because of the surface of the table...He said its slick so it isnt the same.
...Well I brought him home and did Tummy Time last night. He rolled over again on his play mat. We flipped him on his belly again and he rolled over to his back again. He HATES TT...So I think he just hates it enough to teach himself to roll!
