Hcg MORE than doubled in 48hrs? is that ok???

I was terrified of a lowering #'s, hoping for a doubled #, but I didn't really think about OVER doubling. I was 590, then two days later 1655! I did the online calculator and it said I'm doubling every 1 days (32.26 Hours) Has anyone ever had a big jump like this...? ...my husband says we're having twins!!!

Yep that could be a sign of twins.  Congrats!

Mine nearly tripled and I am just having one. My OB said that sometimes early on they can jump up faster and they slow down the further along you are.

Mine went from 56 to 208 in 48 hours. I'm having just one baby as confirmed by ultrasound and everything is fine.

Mine were just over five times higher in 48 hours, and I calculated the doubling time being something like 18 hours. At 10 DPO, it was 19, and at 12 DPO it was 102.

I was 317 and at almost exactly 72 hrs later (3 days) they jumped to 1600... That's a little faster than doubling every 48.

Unless your husband has special uterus goggles, he doesn't know if you're having twins.  Your HCG levels are perfectly normal.
