I would love the advice from you Moms that have flown with your multiples.
I have a BJCS. I love it and I don't want anything to happen to it. I also don't want to shell out money to buy a travel bag for it. We don't fly a lot with the babies. Do you think it makes sense to buy two cheap umbrella strollers to gate check and use for our trip to the beach this summer? And another question, should I buy two umbrella strollers and the attachment to put them together or just buy a SBS umbrella stroller? I have a friend with twins who prefers to have the two separate strollers when there are two drivers so her boys can be separated and have some alone time. I think it makes sense, considering they are always together.
Do you have a cheap umbrella stroller you recommend?
Thank you in advance!
Re: Flying with your upscale stroller and more questions
i would not fly with the BJCS - i don't even know how you would if you didn't have a travel bag for it- since there are so many pieces.
we're traveling next month and bring a combi SBS umbrella stroller- it's awesome for travel- folds up tight and has a nice carrying strap.... i got mine for $20 used on CL, so i don't care if it breaks or gets lost, etc
i see no reason to have 2 separate strollers. My boys like being together. it's a PITA to have to have 2 people to push... at least IMO.
