Temporary change to OOP med program

The OOP med program coordinator has currently been unavailable due to family illness. We did a poll on the IF board and have decided to make an interim program in the meantime. Since I was unable to get ahold of her I will not be able to see any previous donations or donation requests and therefore ask for you to please email me the information again.

For existing members:

Please resend any emails you sent to the OOP program regarding any donation you might have or any donation requests you sent. I will be making a new list on Excel to organize the program and will forward it to Emily when she returns.

For new members:

Please send the following info to the email address below whether you have meds to donate or you would like to be put on the donation wish list.

For donators: please send your name, your bump username, the name of the medication you would like to donate, the quantity and dosage of the medication you would like to donate, along with the expiration date and whether or not its sealed or opened.

For donation requestees: please send your name, your bump username, reply to this post so I can see your post history to establish your eligibility, what meds you are requesting along with dosage and quantity needed, also the date you would need the meds by, and if you can accept substitutions.

Eligibility requirements for wish list:

-You must be an active member of the IF or 3T board, that means at least 25 posts in the past 2 months.

-You must be completely OOP for meds and treatment.

-You must be willing to pay shipping costs to the donator

The official check-in day will be Friday for now. I will repost the official check-in tomorrow, I just wanted to get the details out for now so those who already checked in can resend there info to me!

The program is on a first come first serve basis, you will be added to the wish list in order of email date and time. Others who emailed at a later date then you may receive a donation before you because there will be an individual list for each medication.
