VBAC

Hey cchill08!

I haven't been around much.  How are you feeling?  How do you like the CNM?  Still feeling good about the VBAC?

I saw the post about your sister.  Congratuations on your nephew!

Re: Hey cchill08!

  • Doing pretty well, thanks!  Ronni is great, definitely the right fit for me.  I'm starting to get a little nervous about the 41wk deadline. I plan to try every induction technique under the sun, but eventually I'm just going to have to let go of what I can't control.

I'm so happy for my sister.  It was a rough 3+ hours of pushing with a compound delivery, but she's glad she did it and I'm glad she won't have to live with c/s regret.

I hope all is well with you and your little ones too!

  • I was so worried about not going into labor on my own but it happened.  Thank God.  I'm glad you like Ronni!

We're all good, too.  Thanks for asking!  :-)

  • Don't worry about gonig into labor on time- I hope it happens for you!  As the Ronni "induced" patient, I will say I am glad I picked the induction over the c/s.  I made it clear to her that they were only bringing me into surgery if medically necessary otherwise we were pulling out all of the stops for a vaginal birth and she was right there with me:-)

But I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly and you are able to deliver easily before that pesky 41 week mark.
