Stupid phone calls have started already...

and just like I guessed, they are from my dad. He did this to me last time and it was annoying then and it's still annoying this time as well.

He called and said "Have you had the baby yet?" I was already in a bad mood so I said back, "Dad, do not start this again. When the baby comes WE WILL CALL YOU!!"

He just said OK OK, it's just that I'm in the area right now so if you have it today, tomorrow or Saturday I could be right there.

Fine, Dad, but there's nothing I can do about it. So I WILL CALL YOU WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS!!

It's just been a bad day and I"m already frustrated enough on my own without being reminded by annoying phone calls. Grrrr... hopefully he listens to me this time.

My dad is the same way... called me this morning, to see how I was feeling and to let me know that mom won't let him get a cell phone, so if I need him or her they'll be gone from 1-3. Really, yes I am having pretty regular painful contractions, but it's early labor... it could be days until something happens.... grrrrr!

This guy today at school (I'm a teacher) was sitting down staring at me, and I was standing right smack like 3 feet from his eyeballs, and he said, so, have you had the baby yet?!? I'm like yeah, last week....moron.

i am so with you on this. my mom calls me every single freaking day, sometimes twice a day. "to see how i am feeling" AKA is the baby coming soon. not only that, i think she knows how annoying she can be, so sometimes she gets my dad to call. oh dont get me started on doctors appointments. she asks every week if i need her to come with me. im like no its okay. if i need someone, i will call my husband. then stalks me after my appoint to see what the doc says. right, like my doc is going to tell me the day/time this baby wants to make her appearance. vent over. im so over it.
