 It is amazing how automatic it is to bring up a little girl's "looks" the moment we see her. I hate that I do it, I hear myself doing it... it is like I'm on autopilot!  Anyway, I really liked this article...hope you do as well!

I read that last year and an article in the NY Times a few years ago that shared similar sentiments.  I will say I am just as guilty of calling little boys handsome and adorable as I am little girls.

I read that article when it came out last year.  I am definately guilty of commenting on looks for girls.

Interesting read!  I never thought about it, but I'm sure I do it often.  I'll be more thoughtful from now on.
