New gear for #2?

I am expecting my second baby just 11 months after having DD, so I have most of the stuff I need already. I have started thinking about things that I might need for the new baby though that I didn't have before, like a bouncer and a baby carrier (either Ergo or Beco, leaning toward Beco though). We will eventually get a double stroller and a new crib (baby will sleep in pnp bassinett in our room for frist few months).

Am I missing anything? Is there anything that you couldn't live without when baby #2 arrived?

I replaced my pump parts and bottle nipples for DS2 and I will with this one too. We also got another camera for our video monitor. That's about it.

After DS2 came we had to get some newborn clothes b/c we didn't have any. DS1 was 9lb 12oz and DS2 was 7lb 4oz. Poor kid had no clothes!
