night time leg lines

Lo is getting red lines on his legs when we use a double stuffed CD. At first, I thought maybe it was just the one type of diaper I have so I have tried them all. Red lines that last until the next afternoon. They are on the last leg snap and when I try it without snapping, he leaks through. Any suggestions? I'm a missing something?
