AW - Birthday theme for DD

I told myself I was NOT going to do this!  I'm thinking a Cinco de Mayo (she was born on 5/2) Fiesta to primarily celebrate her 1st birthday but also our 3rd year wedding anniversary which is also on 5/2.

I would cater fajitas and all the fixins.  We'd have cerveza and sangria (I don't want to mess with a margarita machine).  Early May in Houston is lovely.  We could set up a lot outside.

I think I'm getting excited about this because the hubs got me a DSLR for Christmas and I just keep imagining all of the great photos we'd capture.
