I need to pick a primary care doctor for my insurance with work. Anyone have any female pcp recs in s or sw austin? I did all this research for the kiddos pedi, and totally dropped the ball on myself. Thanks!
I love Jeff erson S treet Family P ractice, but they are in Central Austin, across from the N. Lamar Central Market. I see the nurse practitioner there, E v a Mon tes. Love her.
I super puffy heart Dr. Barbara P orter at ARC Slaughter. She's one of those "and then what" doctors that asks a ton of questions and gives you time to work through what's really going on. After my first visit I gave her a hug.

Good to know! I see a male internist at ARC on S. 1st. I like him a lot but I think I would prefer a female physician closer to my house.
