how old was your LO when you switched them to a level 1 nipple from preemie?

About 36 weeks GA, 6 weeks actual.  Her formula is fortified with a protein additive and she was working too hard to pull that through the slow flow nipple.  She's doing great with the level 1.

We started on a Dr. Brown's level 1 nipple and they did just fine with it.  Since I am BFing, we have stayed on the level 1 per the recommendation of the NICU OT.
