so we have a couple who saw our place at 2:30 and are bringing their daughter back at 5. they were doing pre-hunting of houses for her! PLEASE let her be our buyer!!!!

I have been on and off, trying to make myself do the last of the packing.   Oh good luck!!  Maybe you will end up with 2 offers on the table.  At least the house is cleaned already!  Hopefully they all LOVE it.  When our buyers came back the 2nd time, they brought their dad, uncle, and grandpa.  It was so funny.  This sounds so promising for you...fingers crossed!  Keep me posted!

well--the contract from that same thorn in the side girl went bye-bye again! she made an offer on both ours and another TH in our complex. she lowballed the other TH and they took it---and they didn't even have the decency to call my realtor and tell her. my realtor heard it through the grapevine.

anyway--I hope this girl is our buyer! I really do!!!!

Well, at least the other TH is now OFF the mkt!  We got our offer after our main competition took a ridiculously low offer too.  Then, their contract fell through a couple of weeks ago, so they are now back on the mkt.  We are not so much fond of realtors after this whole experience.  People just do not understand how hard selling is when you have kids!

Hopefully you get an offer tonight, what a way to end the week!
