Inserts Recommendation

I want to switch from microfiber to either hemp or bamboo inserts. Which is better? I also need to know which brand you recommend. I can't decide!!!

    We have AFFF (artsy fartsy foo foo) hemp inserts and Hemp babies doublers and use them as inserts in our RaRz. Our other pocket diapers are Econappis and they come with a bamboo insert. I think you can buy that insert seperately, but I'm not sure.

    I love the Joey Bunz hemp inserts.  I use those in all of our pockets that came with microfiber, because it is SO much thinner and holds more.  I have 6 right now and plan to continue to stock up.  I also use 1 at night with the FB Elite insert and have never had a leak.  I have one hemp babies doubler that I haven't tried yet, but it is very thin. 

    I'm not sure about the difference between bamboo and hemp, but I was wondering that myself.  I recently ordered an incredibum bamboo diaper but haven't received it yet to try it out vs the hemp.
