Hostess gift for work shower?

Did you give a hostess gift for your work shower? If yes, what? At my office there is one girl that pretty much does all the event planning, all showers Christmas dinner, office parties, etc. and then the owner actually pays for everything. Should I give them both a small gift?

I would do something simple for each one, like a really nice thank you note and maybe a little arrangement of flowers for their desks. If there are more than just those 2 that help out, you might want to do a group gift- flowers or donuts for the lunchroom, plus a thank you note to everyone that helped out.
