I'm 2 days overdue currently having really intense cramps similar to menstrual cramps. This is my first and I'm pretty sure I lost my mucous plug a couple nights ago, but I'm not sure if I should be concerned right now or not worry about it.
If you lost your MP, start timing your contractions. Keep a log of the them. I used a spreadsheet to track them. They will be really intense & should last for about 1 minute each for about an hour (before you go to the hospital). Good luck!
I was in active labor and didnt even know it, all I had was dull menstral like cramps in my lower back, they werent timeable it was kind of like a constant throbbing pain. If you can time them though, do it!
Re: TMI alert, have some questions since I'm still waiting
