    I'm only 39 weeks today, but would LOVE baby to arrive on his/her own before we talk induction. I'm not closed to the idea of induction, but just like many other's I'd prefer to avoid it.

    Right now, I have an induction scheduled for Friday, but I plan on changing it to Monday in hopes that he comes on his own this weekend.

    No baby yet, but I think things are moving along. I'll be 40 weeks on Thursday and today I've felt some pretty consistent contractions.

    Still here.  Doc appt today, i am 4 cm and 100% effaced.  Technically in active labor but NO SIGNS OF IT!!  Water still intact, no contractions.  I have been planning to do a water birth - and am very excited and adamant about this, but If LO  decides to come this weekend my doctor will not be on call. The docs that are on call do not do water births, so I might not get to do what I want.  :-( Fingers are crossed hard...

    I am still waiting. I am thinking I have at least another few days of waiting if not longer. At my 39 week apt on the 14th, I was only 1cm. I know this means nothing. We will talk induction at my apt. on Friday, I dont want to be induced but I cant go to far over EDD because my fluid levels are so low, it puts baby at risk.

    I do feel better seeing the poll that there are still alot of momma's waiting for LO to arrive. As bad as it sounds I have become very jealous of all the outside babies, not that I am not excited for all the births and healthy babies on our board, because I am, but I am VERY jealous and waiting my turn to hold my LO. Kinda like when everyone's BFP started coming and I was still stuck in the two week wait.

    So ready to have our son - So hard to believe we went past due date considering this is my fourth baby!

    We have our next appt on Thursday and I would prefer to start natural and then deliver at hospital rather than be induced -

    We shall see what happens on Thursday -
