Compressed air concerns

Not sure where to put this..but it's bothering me...

At work today a kid kept spraying a can of compressed air or whatever at what seemed like everything... i asked her to stop. I couldn't stand the smell and felt a bit lightheaded..so went out to get some air. I expressed concerns later to my boss..reminding her that my sense of smell is more then it sued to be.. and she said "yea but it can't hurt you." I beg to differ...but I wanted to find something that would state that fact... since telling her i can't stand the smell, it makes me sick and i was feeling lightheaded didn't seem to work....

It absolutely can hurt you.  I'm assuming this is like keyboard/electronics cleaner??  It has accelerants in it, that can be harmful in large amounts.  That's what people huff to get a quick high.
