i need snack ideas - dairy/peanut/tree nut allergy

i posted on the food allergy board too, but I know we have some allergy moms here too.

I've run out of ideas for snacks to bring to school with DD.  This is what I currently pack - some combination of the following:

  • fresh fruit
  • hard boiled egg
  • roasted zucchini/yellow squash
  • soy yogurt
  • cut up cucumbers

any other snack ideas would be much appreciated - i don't know why i cant think of anything else.

  • Here's some of Luke's favorite snacks:

    edamame
    garbanzo beans
    raisins

    string cheese
    kashi cereal bars
apple slices (they have pre-sliced organic snack packs at HEB)
    pirate's booty
    annie's bunny grahams

  • Emily likes sunbutter sandwiches.  The Nature's Own honey wheat bread is egg and nut free.  I'm pretty sure it's dairy free too, but we it's been a while now that she's been able to have dairy and I can't remember off the top of my head.  What else...

fruit, raw veggies, pretzels, veggie booty, cubed lunch meat, cheerios...
