If you don't have any wheat or corn allergies, cereal is good too. DS loves Rice Chex (he IS allergic to wheat & corn, along with what you mentioned + others!)
Fruit snacks are usually ok too. Stick with the ones sweetened with fruit juice instead of sugar. Unsweetened applesauce is another goodie.
Crackers are a good munchie too. DS can't have wheat, so we stick w/ these ones from the health food store that are made from beans. They are actually really good!!
Slices of rice cheese, rice cakes with sunbutter (or just plain)...DS love the apple cinnamon ones. I coat chick peas in a bit of cinnamon and sugar and bake them in the oven (not too crispy for LO's) and they are yummy.
There is a snack mix, kind of like trail mix, made by a company called Not Nuts that is free from the nine most common allergens including peanuts, dairy, wheat, soy, shell fish and others. Its sold at Whole Foods and comes in a few different flavors. Also check out Laughing Giraffe (also available at Whole Foods). Both are super tasty.
