I started giving DD milk with meals at 10 mos. Then at a year I would offer it to her more. It takes all day for her to drink 2 cups of milk.

Started giving one cup a day whole milk at ten months. Then two a day at 11months. By 12 months it was all whole milk!

Right at 11 months. We switched his morning bottle with a sippy of milk, then a week later switched his after nap bottle, then his bedtime bottle last. He is hungriest when he wakes up, so we figured he would be least likely to fight the change then.
