Altering a changing pad
Has anyone altered the size of their changing pad by making it smaller? We are wanting to do this, but before we started the process, I thought I'd check to see if anyone has any helpful hints.

I don't know if this will help but we returned our changing pad that was too long and bought this one instead.

It's shorter than anyone I had found and I looked everywhere. We have the Ikea gulliver changing table and this fits the shorter length perfectly.
