Ab workout after c-section

I had my second section about 4 weeks ago and am anxious to start an ab workout such as the 30 day shred. How soon did you/would you start an ab routine? What did you do to ease into it? TIA!

  • I started when my OB cleared me at 6 weeks. I modified everything very carefully.  Planks on knees and elbows fr example. I am not really familiar with the 30 day shred? Do they offer a lot of beginner modifications? Because you should use them!

    Lindsay Brin has some great beginner exercises that really help you work back up to a normal workout routine. www.momsintofitness.com. I love her workouts!
