I know a lot of people use a fleece liner to keep the ointment from getting on their diapers, but what do you do with the liner? I figured you can't wash it with your diapers since the point of using them is to keep the ointment off the diapers, so do you do a separate load of liners? Just toss them? I know this is such a newb question!
Re: circumcision Q: what do you do with the fleece liner?

not trying to be snarky and please no flames but why circumsize? your son is born perfect.
Because it's her and her husband's decision.
We are Jewish. Now, about those liners....any insight on that?
So glad your found the original poster's choice to circumcise her son up to your standards. Would you have taken the time to answer her question if you didn't approve of her reasons?
OP: Any time we have ointment etc.. on liners I just pre-rinse them and then add the rest of whatever laundry I have around that can withstand hot water.
IMO, telling her "your son is born perfect" is being judgemental and giving her flack, even if you didn't mean it that way.
So youre saying her son is born imperfect? Come on now.... but if thats your opinion, youre entitled to it, so thats fine. But correct, as that is NOT how I meant it. We are all born perfect.
To be honest, it was judgmental. If you don't want to judge then don't ask in the first place.
