Hosting a benefit, any suggestions on businesses to visit?

I am helping in hosting a benefit for a local boy from Centereach who was horribly injured in a car accident. I wish I could attach the letters that we are handing out but that just isn't happening on here! To sum it up, he has been in the hospital for a year and half and is now out but is wheelchair bound and requires a ventilator at all times. This has caused his mother to need a vehicle and wheel chair lift that isn't covered through insurance. The benefit is to raise money to those two items.

I figured I would reach out here see if anyone has had experience doing this and knows of any local businesses, mostly looking for Suffolk County businesses, that would be willing to donate an item or services for the auction. Thanks for any help you can give .
