Anyone interested in a Uchiko GTG to stalk Paul?

I don't know anything about Paul, but I'd love to go to a restaurant with the ladies that DH would never in a million years step foot in.  I can't tell from the menu- is it only sushi?  I don't do sushi.

Uchiko is more cooked. Uchi is nearly entirely  sushi. The shag roll is my fav and it's cooked and fried :-) like tempura. There are a lot of non sushi options there.

This sounds so fun!  I'm probably out (due to not living in Austin and all) but I went ahead and made a reservation for myself and DH when I'm in town for SXSWi... hopefully we get to keep it, not sure if DH is coming with me to Austin yet.

Yay, so glad so many are interested!  I'll post a date poll and then we can go from there.  I've never been, I think we should try to make a res before next week's show though.  I imagine how much more popular it will get once Paul is Top Chef!
